Frequently asked questions about Megami Silk
Orders are typically processed within 24โ48 hours. Standard delivery takes 5โ7 business days pan-India. Express shipping (2โ3 days) is available at checkout for select pincodes.
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for orders up to โน10,000. A nominal convenience fee may apply. All other orders are prepaid via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking).
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also view your order status in the 'My Orders' section of your account.
Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding to international destinations soon.
We recommend dry cleaning for all silk sarees and garments. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleaching agents.
